She is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of WRAPA diverse activities, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals. Her role includes nurturing partnerships with stakeholders, managing program staff, securing funding, and designing impactful programs that address issues such as violence against women and girls, electoral inclusivity, and policy advocacy. In her role, she is responsible for developing and managing collaborations with key stakeholders, institutions, and partners to strengthen WRAPA activities and advance gender equity and social inclusion. Additionally, she works closely with both internal and external partners to ensure that WRAPA goals align with those of its collaborators and identifies new opportunities for impactful collaboration.Executive Admin OfficerNaimatullah Salihu is an Admin Officer at WRAPA, where she plays a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and ensuring smooth organizational functioning. She designs and implement frameworks for monitoring and evaluation, facilitate reporting, and ensure lessons learned are integrated into future project planning and decision-making.
